How to prepare:
Place pitted dates in a food processor and blend until they become a stiff paste. Add pistachios, rolled oats, honey, water and half the amount of desiccated coconuts to the dates and stir until completely mixed. Spread the dough on the board and make it into a rectangle with a thickness of 2 cm. Cut the dough into bite-size rectangles.
Put the remaining dried coconut in a plate and then roll the date pastes in them until they are completely covered with coconut.
